We use Dry Age technology (0-4 °C and 60% humidity) to deliver true gourmet steaks. While dry aging meat develops a stronger taste while staying tender.

Alternative steaks are not suitable for dry aging, so we keep them in vacuum for about three weeks to maximize the taste.

Moscow’s biggest open grill has 5 meters in diameter and for obvious reasons is a matter of a special pride for the owners. Book a table next to it and enjoy the show performed by our grill men as well as light scent of fire that makes our dishes very special.
