Every Saturday and Sunday from noon until 6 p.m. Every guests stopping by between noon and 4 p.m. is treated to a complimentary glass of Pearlman sparkling wine, concocted in collaboration with Venetian winery Corvezzo.
Everything a breakfast gourmand can dream of: creatively cooked eggs; buckwheat porridge with baked milk and honeycomb; millet porridge with caramelized pumpkin and potato; oatmeal with walnuts and apples; homemade yogurt with prunes, strawberries and granola; traditional syrniki with raisins and honey and less tradition made of ryzhenka with prunes and pine nuts jam. Cottage cheese is used to make a cheesecake in chocolate icing and cheese shakes with oranges and sweet pepper or with hazelnuts and strawberries. Few more things to try – pancakes with honey an sour cream; and draniki (fried potato cakes) with green salad and mustard.
